The Business Box is committed to encouraging entrepreneurship and nurturing growing businesses. The Business Box is the latest business development of its kind, providing 54 units of office accommodation for small and medium sized businesses. It is located on the A47 directly opposite the Braunstone Leisure Centre and Braunstone Park and as a result offers an unparalled business lifestyle in Leicester.
The Centre provides comprehensive advice, mentoring and support to both tenants and local businesses in the crucial early stages of growth.
Facilities
Office space ranges from 2 to 10 person offices. Desk space, dedicated business telephone line and comprehensive support is also available for pre and early start ups through a virtual tenancy package. Onsite incubation services:
- Legal, finance/accounting, marketing advice
- Assistance with applying for start-up and development funds
- Business planning support, networking, training
- Receptionist services
- Mentoring
- Meeting rooms with fully integrated IT presentation facilities
Prospective tenants
Tenancies are flexible, with one month's notice required from the tenant, starting at £165 per month for a 2 person unit in the first two years, then rising to £185 per month in year 3.
