The Innovation Zone

The Innovation Zone within the University of Derby’s new Enterprise Centre offers professional, state of the art, hi-tech, contemporary offices and support services for start-up businesses.

The Innovation Zone has been designed specifically with start-up businesses in mind. The rental package offered to new businesses has been put together taking their specific needs into consideration, in particular access, environment and IT infrastructure.

  • The offices range from 13 sq m to 17 sq m, offering:
  • High speed broadband internet access
  • Fully serviced reception service
  • Meeting room and conferencing facilities
  • Business support programme
  • A supportive, friendly environment with like minded people
  • Access to a range of support staff and networking opportunities

The Innovation Zone will make sure any new business has the best start, best facilities and the best chance of success.

Inclusive costs are from £400 per month, including business rates and car parking.
