Connect Midlands is joining forces with The Carbon Trust, E-Synergy, and East Midlands Development Agency (emda) to host Sustain East Midlands, a one day conference and showcasing event, focussing on sustainability.
 
On June 25th 2008, Sustain East Midlands will be held at Holywell Park Loughborough. The event will bring together thought-leaders and practitioners for a morning of informed discussion and debate, as well as investors and entrepreneurs for an afternoon showcase of the most exciting investment-ready sustainable technology enterprises in the region.
 
Each company will be allowed only ten minutes to present their product offering, business model, and to demonstrate how they can return a profit for investors in the audience. During the event, investors and companies will also have ample time to network at exhibition stands and over lunch.
 
During the afternoon sessions, the most exciting investment-ready sustainable technology enterprises will present to investors, high net-worth individuals and professionals who are experienced at brokering corporate finance deals.
