Then come to this friendly and informal FREE event at a time to suit you.

The day begins at 10am with the opening of the exhibition. You can chat to a wide range of experts who can help and advise you on starting and developing a business along with women entrepreneurs who have trodden the path of enterprise, combining running successful businesses and hectic home lives.

During the day there will be two inspirational and informative workshops each lasting 90 minutes:

• An Entrepreneurs Guide to Running a Business: 10.30am - 12noon
  This workshop will introduce you to all aspects of running your own business. The session will help you decide whether self employment is right for you, look at your personal motivation and cover the benefits and pitfalls of being your 'own boss'. Our presenters will also share a wealth of information and expertise that will help you run your business.
  
  
• Finding the Balance in Life: 1pm – 2.30pm
  Would you like to run your own business and have a good Work Life Balance? Is it really possible to have both? The answer is a resounding yes. This workshop, led by Lisa Spencer-Arnell, will show you HOW you really can be a success at what you do and enjoy a good level of balance. Lisa has run her own successful coaching and training business for 5 years and is also a busy Mum, Wife, Daughter and friend, who walks her talk. She will share with you her formula for being in balance and in business, not to mention the importance of some quality ‘me time’, self management and a healthy dose of confidence.
  
  
• Lunch is at 12noon.
  This is your opportunity to speak to exhibitors and find out about their products and services and network with other delegates.

You are welcome to come for the whole day and attend both workshops, or just one workshop of your choice, join everyone for lunch and network or just pop in and have a chat to the experts and look around the exhibition; the choice is yours!
