‘Managing the Introduction of New Products Processes and Services’ is a proven project management approach designed to meet the specific challenges experienced by smaller businesses when introducing a new product, process or service.

This informative and interactive workshop will be led by Steve Upcraft who has over 25 years’ experience of putting together and delivering an extensive range of projects in both the public and private sectors.
