Intellectual Property (IP) has always been important to innovative business and none more so than the motor sport industry. With millions being spent each year on research and development, it is crucial that employers and employees understand what IP rights are, and how valuable they can be.

Held in conjunction with Silverstone Innovation Centre, ProspectIP are running a free event which will focus on intellectual property issues arising within the motorsport industry.
Date/Time: Wednesday 12th March 2008, 9:30am–3.00pm
Venue: Silverstone Innovation Centre
The morning session is an interactive, practical workshop led by the UK Intellectual Property Office covering Patents, Trade Marks, Design Right and Copyright. All delegates will receive a work book, with slides and relevant information, and have an opportunity to quiz the speakers on all IP subjects.
After lunch, the key speaker will be Graham Mulholland, CEO of epm:technology, a company at the forefront of the composite industry.
One:2:One sessions with the Innovation Managers are available after the event, prebooking essential.
