The NE Group is delighted to announce that they are able to offer businesses, sole traders and the community and voluntary sector the opportunity to access FREE on the job training, leading to recognised qualifications for their staff. 

The training is in the form of NVQ qualifications, which are individualised to meet the needs of both the learner and the employer. 

NVQ’s are work based and completed on the job, which means that there is no need for staff to leave the workplace; we will come out to you!

The NVQ’s that we can offer are:

•  Information Technology User - Levels 2 & 3
• Customer Service - Levels 2 & 3
• Business and Administration - Levels 2 & 3
• Management - Level 3
• Team Leader - Level 2
• Retail – Levels 2 & 3

In order to be eligible for this FREE training, the organisation must be based in Nottinghamshire, Derbyshire orLincolnshireand the learners must not already be qualified to Level 2 or above.

“NVQs are an excellent way of gaining qualifications whilst doing your everyday job, we assess the experience and knowledge that the learners have acquired and this is what is used to achieve the qualification. All learning is planned on an individual basis so as not to create additional training that the learner does not require. It is all done within the work place, which means that there is no need for the learner to leave their job we go to them”.
