DBH Serviced Business Centres (Nottingham) have released information on their newly refurbished shared office space.  As you can see from the attached PDF document, the large open plan office provides individuals with their own space but also affords them the opportunity to share their experiences and network with other small businesses.
 
Tenants will be provided with their own dedicated broadband and telephone line, which will have secured PIN access.  They will also be provided with reception services, access to discounted meeting rooms, photocopier and faxing facilities, telephone answering services, voicemail, call diverting, post deliveries and collections, daily cleaning, and secured access.  The monthly Licence Fee also includes furniture, utility costs, business rates, broadband and telephone line and handset.
 
The new exciting shared office space significantly reduces both initial start-up and monthly costs for new businesses!  DBH can provide office space for £199.00 + VAT pcm (£233.82) which includes both telephone line AND broadband, and there's no connection fee!  Instead of the usual two months deposit they ask for a straightforward one-off refundable payment of £200.
